About the owners
In 2021, Delius and Simon started a small café business in Bloxburg. It was made cheaply, but they had a great time. Twitch streams were made, and generous people donated. In 2022, Delius and Simon upgraded the café, eventually adding “log cabins” which grew into an entire holiday resort. They also gave concerts, which to this day still hold a special place in their hearts.

Delius and Simon wanted something new: a hotel. At the end of 2022, they began, and within around a week the first version was finished—though they kept adding new things. Hotel Delius and Simon was born. The hotel grew as more and more people came in, with additions such as a mall and supermarket (later completely replaced by a theatre and pub). A second building was added with even more rooms, and also a swimming pool-building.

By May 2024, Delius and Simon still loved the hotel, but it was starting to feel a little old. They wanted something new and more luxurious. They made the painful yet exciting decision to completely remove the hotel and began designing a new one: Hotel Grand Royale Delius and Simon. By the end of June, it was finished—and wow, it was, and still is to this day, astonishing. And it still isn’t completely finished! We are always adding new things to the hotel and will never truly be done!

Not so long ago, Delius and Simon have even gone further by building a second hotel: Hotel Grand Spécial. Eventually, they decided to open their company to hotels from outside as well, expanding their vision into something greater than they had ever imagined.
